Aims and Objectives
To initiate professional social work education in tribal area.
To impart professional social work education at graduation and post graduation levels.
To provide affordable professional education focusing on quality and opportunity, to all sections of society.
To promote employment/self-employment opportunities for the students by imparting education in various job-oriented fields of Social Work at post-graduate level.
To cultivate value based professional outlook by inculcating appropriate knowledge, skill attitude and aptitude.
To provide opportunity to learn, to serve the community through various extension activities undertaken by the college, such as N.S.S., Population Education, Woman Development Centre , Child Guidance Clinic, Community Awareness and Developmental Programmes etc.
To promote awareness among Urban, Rural & Tribal people about their rights and duties.
To cultivate Human Relations approach among the Social Work students.
To extend professional expertise to the society through Research, Consultancy and Training.
